MANCURA ETNIA SAUVIGNON BLANC
An elegant yellow color with vibrant greenish hues. The nose offers tantalizing tropical fruit aromas and white flowers. The palate is clean, fresh, and balanced with a very refreshing finish.
The wine was made by destemming and macerated for 12 days at a temperature not higher than 20°c. After it is pressed and finally passes through malolactic fermentation for 3-4 days. It came with a lot of character, full of subtle nuances. On the nose delicate and rich with hoppy aromas, with subtle floral notes, mango, and notes of white fruits. Wide and long on the palate, with body and sparkle, balanced, smooth, tasty, broad.
HARDYS VR CHARDONNAY
Brilliant and clear with lifted tropical and stone fruit characters of melon, peach, and pineapple. Juicy fruit characters of melon, yellow nectarine and subtle hints of vanillin, fresh acid structure, with medium body. Enjoy this Chardonnay with the seared tuna, roast chicken, falafel & chickpea salad, chicken, and lemon tagine. An excellent match for soft cheeses like brie and camembert of more powerful semi-soft imported cheeses and goat cheese.
